Welcome to Wa-One! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using Wa-One, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Our Services

Wa-One provides a multi-functional digital wallet that allows users to send, receive, and convert money across different currencies, including cryptocurrency. Transactions are processed via automated systems and third-party providers.

Account Registration & Security

  • Users must comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

Security Obligations:

  • Keep login credentials confidential.
  • Wa-One is not responsible for unauthorized access due to negligence.
  • Immediate reporting of security breaches is required.

Transactions & Payment Policies

All transactions made through Wa-One must comply with financial regulations. Users are responsible for ensuring accurate transaction details.

Eligibility:

  • Transactions typically process within seconds.
  • Some may take up to 48 hours due to verification requirements.

Fees & Charges:

  • Standard processing fees apply to transactions.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in any unlawful activities through Wa-One.

Prohibited Uses:

  • Money laundering, fraud, or financing of terrorism.
  • Sending or receiving funds from illegal sources.
  • Attempting to bypass security measures.


Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

Refund & Dispute Resolution

All transactions are final, except in cases of fraud or system errors.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are only issued if Wa-One is at fault.
  • Users must report unauthorized transactions within 7 days.

Dispute Resolution:

  • Disputes should be reported to support@wa-one.com.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be handled under Swiss law.

Liability

Wa-One reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time for technical, legal, or operational reasons. We strive to minimize disruptions and will notify users of significant changes when feasible.

Exclusions of Liability:

Wa-One is not liable for losses not caused by our breach, unforeseeable losses, or user-submitted content that is defamatory, offensive, or illegal.

Professional Users:

For commercial users, our liability is limited to the greater of: (a) transaction income in the 6 months prior to a complaint or (b) USD 500.

Privacy Policy

By using Wa-One, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes sensitive data for account verification and compliance with legal requirements.

Data Collection:

We collect different data based on account type and transaction needs. For details, refer to our client acceptance policy.

Amendments

We continuously improve our services, which may necessitate updates to these Terms. Changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance, except in urgent legal situations.

Acceptance of Terms:

Continued use of Wa-One after changes take effect signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Wa-One and the user will endeavor to replace any invalid provision with a valid one that closely matches the original intent and purpose.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are governed by Swiss law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Neuchâtel, Switzerland, with appeal rights to the Federal Court.

Dispute Resolution:

  • Professional users must bring disputes to the jurisdiction of Neuchâtel courts.
  • Consumer protection laws apply to users covered under such laws.

Terms and Conditions Applicable to the Wa-One Chat Bot

This section applies exclusively to the Wa-One Chat Bot. If you do not agree with these terms, do not accept this Agreement.

Acceptance of the Agreement

By registering for a Wa-One account or using the Wa-One platform (“Service”), you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to our products and services. If you do not consent, please refrain from using the Service.

 

Wa-One reserves the right to modify this Agreement for legal compliance, new features, or business changes. The latest version will be available on the app and at wa-one.com. Significant changes affecting your rights will be communicated via email or the Service. Continued use signifies acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Wa-One account. Minors should review this Agreement with a legal guardian.

Your Account

You can sign up or log in to the Wa-One chat bot and user web portal using your credentials. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Report unauthorized access immediately at support@wa-one.com.

Scope of License

Wa-One grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the platform, subject to this Agreement.

Restrictions

Without prior consent, you must not:

 

    • Reproduce, sublicense, sell, or distribute the software.
    • Modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access the source code.
    • Use the software for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Data Usage

We collect device, usage, and location data for service improvement, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Modifications

We may amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

You may terminate your use of Wa-One at any time. Wa-One reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement.

Intellectual Property

Wa-One retains all rights to its platform, software, and content. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Fund Transfer through Wa-One Wallet

Fund transfers via Wa-One Wallet are subject to third-party terms. Wa-One is not liable for errors in transfer details provided by you.

Account Balance and Transaction History

Monitor your account balance and report discrepancies within 14 days. Wa-One’s records are binding in disputes.

Security Codes

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Report suspected unauthorized use immediately.

Security, Software, and Hardware

You are responsible for ensuring your device’s compatibility and security with Wa-One Services.

Record Maintenance

Wa-One will maintain transaction records as required by law. Our records are conclusive in case of disputes.

Changes and Fees

Refer to our Rates and Fees for details. Changes will be communicated in advance.

Problems with Goods and Services

Wa-One is not responsible for issues with goods or services purchased through the platform. Disputes should be resolved with the provider.

Disclaimers

Wa-One services are provided “as-is” without warranties. We are not liable for losses related to platform use.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Wa-One against claims related to your platform usage.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by Swiss law. Disputes will be resolved in Geneva courts.

Terms and Conditions Applicable to Wa-One Wallet

This section exclusively pertains to the Wa-One Wallet service. If you disagree, do not accept this Agreement.

Access to the Service

Wa-One offers three account types based on user type and transaction volume. Users must provide specific information for verification, varying by access level.

The Wallet

Wa-One Wallet facilitates payments and money transfers, supporting bank deposits, mobile wallet transactions, cash withdrawals, and crypto transactions.

Account Types:

  • Standard (Basic access): Limited features, max balance $250/month.
  • Silver (Verified users): Increased limits, max balance $10,000/month.
  • Premium (Businesses & High-volume users): No balance limit, up to $50,000 per transaction.

Money Transfer and Payments

Wallet transactions depend on payment providers and local regulations. Users are responsible for understanding applicable terms.

Creating a Wa-One Account

To register, visit www.wa-one.com and complete the sign-up process. Users must meet the eligibility criteria and verify their phone number via OTP.

Eligibility

  • Minimum age of 16.
  • Active mobile number and email.
  • Compliance with KYC/KYB verification.
  • One account per user.

Wallet Features

Services include funding via bank transfer, card, and mobile money. Transfers are available via bank deposits, crypto wallets, and P2P payments.

Applicable Limits

Each account type has transaction limits. Upgrading allows higher limits and additional features.

ID Documents and Biometric Authentication

By using Wa-One, you authorize identity verification via Checkin.com. Your data is securely processed.

OTP Authentication

You consent to OTP-based authentication for registration and transactions.

Payments using Wa-One Wallet

Wa-One Wallet supports payments for top-ups, P2P transactions, service fees, and fund transfers.
